LINDSAY BAKER
Director
Lindsay has over 20 years experience in the leadership, management, development and procurement of major infrastructure projects, more specifically over the past 10 years in the development and delivery of major brownfield rail projects.
Experienced in all areas of project delivery from the concept design and procurement (including contract document preparation, cost estimation, contract delivery) through to design management, construction, final commissioning and project asset handover.
Lindsay is well known for not only being an expert in his field but also being an effective leader and team member in the delivery of major rail projects.

VISHAL THAKUR
Director
Vishal has over 18 years experience in the leadership , management, development and procurement of major infrastructure projects, more specifically over the last 10 years in the development and delivery of major brownfield rail projects.
He is experienced in all areas of project delivery from the definition of user requirements and concept design through to procurement, contract delivery, detailed design, construction, commissioning, project handover and vesting.
Vishal is experienced in managing a variety of contract models such as Alliance, Managing Contractor, Design and Construct contracts. His comprehensive knowledge and understanding of interfaces and the management of a wide range of stakeholders including government agencies (Sydney Trains, Roads & Maritime Services, Councils, etc.) as well as Tier 1 contractors (John Holland, Laing O’Rourke) have earned him the reputation for delivering successful rail projects whilst ensuring Client requirements have been achieved.
